Mr. Cepero is an accounting and finance professional with over 12 years of experience comprised of both auditing in public accounting and serving private companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and hold various other certifications and designations within the areas of accounting and finance.

Throughout his professional career, Mr. Cepero has served as a hands-on CFO with a passion for working with high growth companies. He places an emphasis on improving systems and processes to ensure companies achieve timely and accurate financial reporting that can be relied upon to make strategic decisions. He has developed an expertise in a variety of industries. He has a particular niche working within the real estate industry where he has worked with many real estate owners, developers, property managers, brokers, lenders, and funds. Using this wide range of experience throughout the real estate industry along with others, he provides clients with unique perspectives and recommendations that are ultimately used in achieving their desired objectives.
